Importing .hrm files into iSMARTtrain

One of the things we’re quite often asked is how to import a group of existing .hrm files into iSMARTtrain. These are often the user’s existing sessions from the Polar PPP windows software or another application, such as PC Coach, that creates files in this format.

Using ‘Import’ from the ‘File’ menu only lets you select one file at a time, making the processing of importing a year or more’s training quite a task.

However, you can import multiple .hrm files by simply dragging them onto the iSMARTtrain log window. The software willthen import all the sessions in to your current log file.
