Beta 33 of iSMARTtrain is now available. As usual, you can download a copy from http://www.ismarttrain.com/Beta/. As before, this release requires a valid serial number – V2.0 serial numbers are valid. For the remainder of the Beta period, we’ve held the price at $39.95/€34.95/£23.95. We’ve just got our hands on a Polar Power Sensor kit which we’re going to fit to my Giant TCR1. I’ve seen some horror stories about how difficult it is to setup and how inaccurate the results can be if it’s not setup properly. Wtih this in mind, I’ve put together the following links in…

We’re off to London for TCR ’06 (http://swimcyclerun.co.uk) at Sandown Park this weekend. It’ll give us a chance to meet up with Joe (http://www.jbst.com) and some of our customers and to stock up on triathlon goodies for the season. Hopefully, I’ll also have time to make a visit to the Apple store in Regent’s Street…
Interesting… Garmin acquires Dynastream Dynastream supplies the footpod technologies to both Polar and Nike for its Speed & Distance HRMs. Since these are a competitior to Garmin’s GPS based systems, it’ll be interesting to see how these products develop.
