Finally got the next beta of TrainingLog (http://www.otag.co.uk/TrainingLog/Beta/) out. Still got a few bugs, particularly with the handling of interval sessions, but we’re getting there.

V4.0.8 is released today. This release fixes a couple of issues with Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) where iSMARTtrain had some problems accessing resources on the internet. You might need to update to this release manually by visiting http://ismarttrain.com/download.php, if the ‘Check for Updates’ option doesn’t show that an update is available.
