  • Huntly Triathlon

    ByStuart

Last weekend, I competed in the Huntly Triathlon, another event in the MPH-sponsored Aberdeenshire Council Triathlon Series. Itā€™s based at Gordon Schools & Huntly swimming pool, about 45 minutesā€™ drive from my home. Iā€™d seeded myself with a slower swim time that at the Turriff race, with the hope of being in a lane with…

    ByStuart

On Sunday, I took part in the Suie Classic, an 87km ride thatā€™s part of the Great Inverurie Bike Ride (GIBR). The GIBRā€™s been on the go for a number of years, as a 25 mile ride ā€“ Iā€™ve done it a number of times as part of a work team or with friends. Last…

  • Turriff Triathlon 2017

    ByStuart

  • Run Garioch 10k 2017

    ByStuart

The weather was nice on the day ā€“ sunny, but a bit cool ā€“ ideal running weather. The route starts at the Garioch Sports Centre, then passes…

  • 2016 Roundup

    ByStuart

Itā€™s been a bit quiet here recently, mainly as I didn’t race for all of 2016 ā€“ this wasnā€™t really intentional, just how things worked out. I was too late signing up for some races, and others were cancelled for this year. Iā€™ve still biked and ran as much as ever, and probably swam the…
